that matter.
A dedicated edition comes with a dedicated agreement. Here are the essentials.
Is this the public GiphyFy bot?
No. You receive a licensed copy to run through your own Discord application and bot token. Your community does not need to invite the official GiphyFy bot.
Can our developers change the code?
No. Only the bot token and the supplied configuration file may be changed, within documented settings. Neither your team nor a third party may modify the source. Ask GiphyFy to prepare any code changes.
Can we buy a version with fewer features?
Yes. We can remove agreed features before delivery. Use the selector above to describe your preferred edition. Removing features does not reduce the license price; additional features or integrations require a separate quote.
What does the two-year support include?
Technical guidance, fixes and compatibility updates for the agreed edition for 24 months from delivery. Updates are provided by GiphyFy. Support channels and response terms are defined in your agreement; a 24/7 service or uptime SLA is not included in this offer.
What happens after 24 months?
You may continue using the last delivered version under the license. Support and updates can be renewed for another 24 months at 60% of the individual price agreed at your original purchase. There is no limit on renewals until GiphyFy Enterprise reaches end of service, after which renewal is no longer available. Future compatibility with Discord or third-party services is not guaranteed without updates.
Who hosts the bot, and what is the license scope?
Your company provides and pays for hosting and any required third-party services. The license covers one legal entity and the deployment agreed in writing. Additional deployments, redistribution, resale and sublicensing are not included.
